  • Not only is Romania a fertile ground for talented film directors and crew but it is also a growing film industry for international productions. Many films have been shot on location because of the pool of talent in Romania’s film world, but also because of the beauty of the country and the reasonable prices for production. Such films have been: Francis Ford Coppola’s, “Youth Without Youth,” Sacha Baron Cohen’s, “Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan,” “Cold Mountain,” “Modigliani,” “Callas Forever,” “Amen,” and many others.
